REGISTRATION
Each person attending the conference needs to complete their own registration, with payment. This includes invited speakers, chairpersons and all other delegates. Please read the information on this site before completing your registration.

GROUP REGISTRATIONS
- If you have a group of 5 or more from the same organisation, discounts are available. Please email info@braininjuryconference.nz for more information.
- Discounted registrations are available for people with brain injury, family and carers. If you need assistance completing your registration, please email the Conference Secretariat on info@braininjuryconference.nz.
*REGISTRATION DEFINITIONS:
- Lived Experience Registration: People with a brain injury, their family members, and carers.
- Student Registration: Current full-time university or Polytechnic student.
HOW TO REGISTER
Each person attending the conference needs to complete their own online registration form. Please read the information on this website carefully before completing the online registration form. Registration will only be 100% confirmed on receipt of payment.
PAYMENT OF FEES
All fees are in NZD exclusive of GST. Payment can be made by MasterCard or Visa (3% surcharge), or you can request an invoice to organise a bank transfer. Unfortunately we do not accept America Express (AMEX).
CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS
Cancellations must be notified in writing to the Conference Secretariat via info@braininjuryconference.nz.
CANCELLATIONS RECEIVED
- Before 5pm on Wednesday 13 January 2027 will incur a NZD $150 cancellation fee.
- After the date referred to in point 1. but before 5pm on Wednesday 10 February 2027, you are entitled to 50% refund of monies actually received;
- After the date referred to in point 2. there is no entitlement to a refund.
INSURANCE
The conference organising committee strongly recommends that you take out insurance for your travel and attendance at the conference. The Conference cannot accept any responsibility for participants failing to arrange their own insurance.
